All fillings are homemade and combine to create many options.
Whipped cream, fruit (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, etc.), fruit purees, chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse, Chantilly (custard whipped cream), lemon curd, lemon mousse, cream cheese, dulce de leche, almond creme, pistachio mousse, mocha mousse.
All frostings are homemade and vary from white (whipped cream) to ivory/cream (French butter creme), to light brown (mocha, chocolate mousse), to dark chocolate (ganache, chocolate glaze).
Cakes can also be any color from pastels to jewel tones. No rolled fondant (these cakes can't be refrigerated and therefore can't be filled with whipped cream, butter frosting, or fresh fruit).
Cakes can be decorated with fresh flowers.
Prices per person to the nearest 10. Approximately $4.50 per person. Varies upon request.
