One of our most savory and delicious cookies, with dried shallots from Rockerbox Spice in Hudson, NY. Add a dollop of chevre and sprig of arugula and you have a delightful canapé. Wonderful with a cabernet sauvingnon. There are approximately 30 cookies in an 8 oz. bag.
