Slices of the ginger we use in our Moka Ginger and Coconut Ginger cookies, these delightful morsels are wonderful to eat as is. We’ve also steeped a bunch in boiling water for 4 minutes for tea, or you can boil it down to a simple syrup, refrigerate it to use in your favorite cocktail.
Ingredients: Ginger, Sugar, Sulphur dioxide.
* The ginger used in the cookies does not contain sulphur dioxide.
