Chef Ricki joins Verdigris Tea & Chocolate as their new Executive Pastry Chef.

As a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Ricki has spent over a decade perfecting her craft as a Culinary Chef and Baker. Chef Ricki has had the privilege of working at prestigious establishments such as the Four Seasons Hotel and owning her own successful baking company.

Chef Ricki has a passion for baking, cooking, and creating spectacular wedding cakes, taking great pride in ensuring that every dish is both delicious and visually stunning.

Chef Ricki will be responsible for new menu development, management, recipe creation, custom wedding cakes, decorations, and the merchandising of our new and delicious line of bakery items. Additionally, Chef Ricki will introduce a range of Vegan and Gluten-free bakery items to cater to a wider range of clientele.

We are thrilled to welcome Chef Ricki to our team. Her culinary creations are truly exceptional, with flavors that are simply irresistible. And her decorative cakes are nothing short of works of art. We have already received rave reviews from customers who have picked up their custom orders.
